Pilates Matwork Class #2
Level: Beginners to Intermediate Matwork
Equipment: A Pilates/Yoga Mat or comfortable carpet/rug to lie on + Resistance band (or tin food/small weights/stockings)
Suitable: Beginners up to Intermediate
Instructor: Ellissa Nolan
Duration: 60 minutes
Whether you are an experienced pilates practioner that comes to my matwork class each week - or you are very new - this is a gentle yet challenging workout and mind reset which will help you improve your strength, balance, co-ordination and flexibility.
This class is a general fitness class and not suitable for people in rehabilitation or with current injuries.

Precautions: Please ensure you have approval from your GP before beginning any new exercise program. If you experience pain while exercising please see your GP or Physiotherapist.
If you are not an existing client please complete the Adult Pre-Exercise screening form. If you tick yes to any item you will need to have clearance from your GP Prior to commencing these online classes and arrange to have a pre-screening virtual session with me.
